"Updates got confusing after I booked"
After I made my booking, the details seemed to keep changing, or at least that’s how it looked on my end. I can’t say for sure what was happening behind the scenes, but tiket.com didn’t really explain things clearly. I kept having to check the info myself over and over, and support took quite a while to respond. It was stressful, especially after already paying and just wanting the correct details.

"Updates were a bit late"
I just wish they had let me know sooner. The updates eventually came through, but it felt like I was waiting around longer than I should’ve.

"Booking was more stressful than it should’ve been"
I tried booking a ticket on tiket.com it was confusing. The pages were loading slowly, and the payment step kept making me redo things, well, not redo everything, but enough that it got annoying. I also wasn’t even sure if my booking had actually gone through at the end. Overall, it just didn’t feel smooth and took way more time than it should have.

"My gut says the extras aren’t worth it"
I booked through tiket.com and decided to add the insurance, thinking it might be useful just in case. But when I actually needed help, it felt pointless. The add-ons at checkout also weren’t that clear to me, and I got the feeling they were more about squeezing out extra money than offering real value. Support took a while to respond, and in the end, nothing was really fixed. My gut feeling after all this is that I wouldn’t pay extra for those options again.

"Bad first impression with the promo"
I tried booking on tiket for the first time because they had this discount banner that looked tempting. But after I picked the hotel and got all the way to payment, the promo code suddenly said it wasn’t valid. Not a great first impression at all. I checked the terms and conditions, but it still wasn’t clear what I did wrong. Then when I refreshed the page, the price changed a little too, which just made the whole thing more annoying. I asked customer service, but they only gave a generic answer and told me to try another promo. it felt like a waste of time.

"Wrong dates on my booking"
I booked a hotel room, but when the confirmation came through, it showed completely different dates. I reached out to support hoping they’d help sort it out, but they basically said it was my fault. Super frustrating experience, i won’t be using tiket.com again

"Voucher worked, but not every time"
I tried using the voucher on tiket.com, it worked fine a few times, but other times it just gave an error for no obvious reason. Support did help me eventually, but it took a while. Not a bad experience overall, just not something I’d call fully reliable.

"Payment worked, just a bit unclear at first"
I booked a flight through tiket.com and the payment did go through in the end, so overall it was okay. But at first it was kind of confusing because the page took a while to load, and I wasn’t sure if my card had been charged or not. Not sure how to explain it, but the payment status just didn’t feel very clear in that moment. I got the confirmation a few minutes later, so everything was fine, but I do wish the update was faster and easier to understand. Not bad, just could be better.

I’m still waiting for the confirmation, and it feels like it’s taking a really long time. Maybe I missed something or I’m being a bit impatient, but I expected it to come through faster.

"My booking disappeared at the hotel"
I booked and paid for my hotel through tiket.com, but when I arrived to check in, the hotel staff said they couldn’t find any booking under my name. I was already tired from the trip, and it reminded me of the time my friend warned me to always double-check third-party bookings. I ended up waiting almost 2 hours in the lobby while calling customer support, and all they kept saying was “please wait.” It was really frustrating and not helpful at all. I don’t think I’ll use them again.

"The alerts feel a bit all over the place"
I don’t know, the notifications from tiket.com just feel kind of messy to me. Sometimes the important updates show up late, and then other times my phone gets a bunch of promo alerts when I’m not even thinking about booking anything. It’s not like the app is unusable or anything, but when I actually need quick trip info, I don’t really feel like I can rely on the alerts.

"The booking part on Tiket was actually fine..."
The booking part on Tiket was actually fine, so I assumed everything would be straightforward after that. But when I got to the hotel, they said they hadn’t received the confirmation yet. Had to wait around and contact support twice, which made the whole thing more tiring than it needed to be. I’m guessing the issue was more with the partner coordination than the booking itself, but still, it didn’t feel very smooth.

"Invoice and receipt process was frustrating"
I had a annoying experience with the billing side of things. The invoice wasn’t included at all, and the receipt showed up way too late, well, not just late, but late enough that it caused extra hassle. It really should be a smoother process.

"i’ve used tiket a few times because…"
i’ve used tiket a few times because i thought the loyalty points might come in handy later. but the value feels super small. they’re not that easy to use either, and it kind of feels like you have to spend a lot just to get barely anything back. doesn’t really feel like a proper rewards program to me.

I started getting these weird login alerts out of nowhere, and it freaked me out way more than I expected. I reached out to support, but they took so long to respond that I was basically sitting there imagining my account info floating around the internet. Maybe that sounds dramatic, but I just completely lost trust after that. I don’t feel safe using it anymore, so I’m done with it...

"I just wish the price was clearer upfront"
I still use Tiket from time to time because it’s convenient for me, but the price I see at first isn’t always what I end up paying. Sometimes extra fees or charges show up later, so I have to double-check everything before I confirm. It’s not a bad app, and it works fine for what I need, but I’d personally prefer if the total cost was shown clearly from the start.
